Both the Off-Shore and the On-Shore projects make use of oil and gas pipeline which must be adequately protected and provided of negative buoyancy ( they must be stabilized , particularly if they are laid on the seabed).

The Weight Concrete Coating is the technique applied for this purpose and special Coating Machines for the application of Concrete on the pipes based on Impingement or wrapping processes are used.

We manufacture and sell continuous and batching plants for the production of the High Density Concrete which are used  in combination with these Coating Machines.

Special Features of this range of Concrete Mixing plants, aimed to answer to the specific requirements of this technology, are the following:

• Aggregate Bins Loading system with screens for  use of unselected aggregates

• Extra thickness anti-wear lining for the iron ore bins

• Reversible belt conveyors and dump out lines for the emergency emptying of the concrete production lines

• Reclaimed Concrete lines for re-use of the Concrete Remains  ( recovered from the pipe wrapping or impingement process )
