Concrete Plants with the Aggregate fed by Skip Bucket are a good choice to minimize the area of the installation on sites where only a small space for the plant is available.

​

Besides, the Skip Bucket acts as a preload for the aggregates, and allows a full load of weighed aggregate to be ready for loading as soon as the Mixer will have been emptied of the previous batch.  This makes the cycle time shorter and increases the production of the plant.

Our Skip Buckets are sturdy, require low maintenance and are equipped with all the most modern  safety devices. Main features are the following:

• Heavy duty rails with multiple transverse stiffeners

​

• 3 operational limit switches for "load", "wait","discharge"positions

​

• 2 safety limit switches for the "too low " and "too high"positions

​

• slack rope limit switch

​

• Two winding pulleys on the biggest models, with two indipendent steel cables.

• Double Speed for Descent a/o Ascent upon request

​

• Safety Fence/Guard with padlock to prevent the access to the skip area. Available upon request.
