According to the classification based on the production process,  the Concrete Plants can be of two types: WET and DRY

The WET plant is  equipped with a Stationary Mixer where the batched aggregates, the water and the binder are introduced and mixed together. The Dry plant is essentially a batching plant , with the Mixing of all the components which is made outside the plant in a Concrete Truck.

Our WET plants can be equipped with different types of Mixer,the TWIN SHAFT with two counter-routing horizontal shafts, the PLANETARY ad the PAN MIXER. All these models are equipped with heavy duty gearboxes.

The Wear and  Tear of blades and linings s not a problem on our Mixers, being available a wide range of high resistant materials , from thermal hardened steel to the spheroidal cast iron.
